Hi, I’m Adrienne, and I’m the founder and principal trainer of WorkReady Consulting.

I help companies build teams that actually work—onshore, offshore, and everywhere in between.

At WorkReady, I partner with U.S.-based businesses to design and deliver end-to-end onboarding programs, from first-day orientation to fully customized new hire training. I also work with BPOs, RPOs, and staffing firms, especially those with global recruiting teams in the Philippines or India, to improve how they train, align, and scale.

My specialties include recruiter training and cultural alignment programs—the kind that help offshore teams understand not just what to do, but how to do it in context. That means fewer misunderstandings, smoother collaboration, and better client outcomes across the board.

I’m a U.S. Army veteran with a background in global talent operations, large-scale training rollouts, and building the kinds of playbooks that teams actually use. I’ve coached everyone from new hires to C-suite execs and supported high-growth teams as they moved from chaos to clarity.
